Document Specialist

Overview

What our Document Specialists do differently is listen better than other consumer finance people working at other automotive retailers. Next, they focus on treating the guest with respect by acknowledging their intelligence and being mindful of their time while executing an accurate and timely transaction of documents, while maintaining an outstanding guest experience. Lastly, our Document Specialists share our guest's passion for cars and trucks and love helping our guests gets exactly what they want time after time.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Treat the guest as you would a guest in your home
  • Be a subject matter expert on the document process
  • Monitor and coach Experience Guides on proper transaction preparation
  • Prepare and execute E-sign and/or paper documents accurately and timely
  • Ensure documents contain stipulations from lenders and all appropriate compliance components: red flags, OFAC, RBPN, form 8300, etc.
  • Maintain contracts in transit to 6 days or less by following-up and holding all parties accountable
  • Deliver executed documents to the business office
  • Listen intently to what our guests are saying and assist them accordingly
  • Help every guest go through their document execution process at their pace and make sure you've answered all of their questions accurately, openly and honestly
  • Work with other team members to problem solve, if necessary, in order to efficiently address a guest's need
  • Stay in the moment with your guest and make sure you're exceeding their expectations
  • Treat your teammates with respect

Technician

Overview

What our Reconditioning and Service Technicians do differently is work as a team better than Service Technicians working at other automotive retailers. Next, they focus on treating the guest with respect by acknowledging their intelligence and being mindful of their time. Lastly, our Service Technicians educate our guests on preserving the safe operation and value of their vehicles, and show them how we can make this easy. Our Service Advisors are incentivized on guest satisfaction.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with our policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs
  • Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts
  • Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
  • Notify Experience Advisor immediately if additional work is recommended, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
  • Document all work performed
  • Road-test vehicles as needed
  • Ensure that guest's cars are kept clean and return all driver settings to their original state
  • Be a subject matter expert on repairs and maintenance. Coach Experience Advisors as needed on vehicle service patterns and mechanical/electrical systems
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
  • Speak directly with our guests about repairs made to their vehicle, maintenance recommendations, and do-it-yourself tips
  • Educate our guests on how our technology tools make their vehicle maintenance process simple
  • Treat the customer like a guest in your home

  • At least 1 year demonstrated competence in automotive service.

Experience Guide

Overview

What our Experience Guides do differently is listen better than sales people working at other automotive retailers. Next, they focus on treating the guest with respect by acknowledging their intelligence and being mindful of their time. Lastly, our Experience Guides share our guest's passion for cars and trucks and love helping our guests get exactly what they want time after time. You will be paid a salary, not commission. Our Experience Guides are also incentivized on overall guest experience and store performance.

Here's what you'll do as an Experience Guide:

  • Treat the guest as though they are a guest in your home
  • Explain how our unique buying experience works and let the guest control the process
  • Assist the guest in finding the right vehicle (physically or digitally)
  • Listen intently to what they're saying, then do whatever it takes to get them what they want
  • Using our proprietary systems, provide all information for the guest to simplify their trade-in process
  • Help every guest go through their buying process at their pace
  • Stay "in the moment" with your guest and make sure you're exceeding their expectations
  • Celebrate with guests when they find their perfect car
  • Treat your teammates with respect
