Here's what you'll do:

• Treat the guest as you would a guest in your home
• Be a subject matter expert on the document process
• Monitor and coach Experience Guides on proper transaction preparation
• Prepare and execute E-sign and/or paper documents accurately and timely
• Ensure documents contain stipulations from lenders and all appropriate compliance components: red flags, OFAC, RBPN, form 8300, etc.
• Maintain contracts in transit to 6 days or less by following-up and holding all parties accountable
• Deliver executed documents to the business office
• Listen intently to what our guests are saying and assist them accordingly
• Help every guest go through their document execution process at their pace and make sure you've answered all of their questions accurately, openly and honestly
• Work with other team members to problem solve, if necessary, in order to efficiently address a guest's need
• Stay in the moment with your guest and make sure you're exceeding their expectations

Here's what you'll do:

• Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with our policies, procedures and quality standards
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
• Notify Experience Advisor immediately if additional work is recommended, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
• Document all work performed
• Road-test vehicles as needed
• Ensure that guest's cars are kept clean and return all driver settings to their original state
• Be a subject matter expert on repairs and maintenance. Coach Experience Advisors as needed on vehicle service patterns and mechanical/electrical systems
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
• Speak directly with our guests about repairs made to their vehicle, maintenance recommendations, and do-it-yourself tips
• Educate our guests on how our technology tools make their vehicle maintenance process simple
• Treat the customer like a guest in your home
• Treat your teammates with respect
• Learn our business philosophy so that guests can "see" our business model through your actions

• At least 1 year demonstrated competence in automotive service

Here's what you'll do as an Experience Guide:

• Treat the guest as though they are a guest in your home
• Explain how our unique buying experience works and let the guest control the process
• Assist the guest in finding the right vehicle (physically or digitally)
• Listen intently to what they're saying, then do whatever it takes to get them what they want
• Using our proprietary systems, provide all information for the guest to simplify their trade-in process
• Help every guest go through their buying process at their pace
• Stay "in the moment" with your guest and make sure you're exceeding their expectations
• Celebrate with guests when they find their perfect car
• Treat your teammates with respect
• Keep an open mind about how we can constantly innovate
• Have fun!
